About
Every person deserves a safe place to heal.
Soule Healers was founded on a simple belief: mental healthcare shouldn't be intimidating to seek, cold to receive, or held to vague standards.

Founder
Vijayasanthoshini
Founder and principal psychologist · Counselling Psychologist
“Therapy is not about fixing broken people. It is about offering a clear, structured and compassionate mirror, so you can see your own path forward.”
Since 2019, Vijayasanthoshini has worked alongside people facing anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and life transitions, bringing together evidence-based psychology and deep human warmth.
Her clients include professionals under pressure, young adults, couples and parents, in India and abroad. Across very different lives, one need kept coming up: care that is structured, honest, and never treated as a transaction.
Soule Healers is built around that standard, so that you always know what to expect, who is caring for you, and how your work together is going.
Approaches she draws on
- Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
- Psychodynamic therapy
- Trauma-informed care
What guides the practice
Four things we hold to
Compassion first
A gentle, judgment-free space where you don't need to rehearse or find the right words. We meet you as you are.
Structure, not guesswork
Therapy that isn't just open-ended talking. Evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT and psychodynamic work, with a clear plan.
Privacy you can rely on
Strict confidentiality, careful handling of your information, and clinical supervision that keeps your story yours.
Healing that reaches further
When one person finds clarity, it often eases things for their family, relationships and work too.
The Soule manifesto
“I am okay as I am.
I am enough as I am.”
Healing here was never about turning you into a different, “repaired” person. It's about understanding yourself clearly, letting go of patterns that no longer help, and moving forward at your own pace, with someone qualified beside you.
