Psychological Assessment
For when you want clarity, not just conversation.
Structured assessments that help identify what's really going on, so your care plan is built on understanding, not guesswork.

Who this is for
- Diagnostic clarity
- Planning therapy
- Understanding patterns
- ADHD and learning questions
What to expect
Through conversations and well-validated questionnaires, we build a clear picture of how you think and feel, then talk you through what it means and what could help.
Clarity is the first step toward meaningful change.

Common questions
How long does an assessment take?
Usually one to two hours of conversation followed by two to four hours of questionnaires and tasks, spread across a few sessions so you stay comfortable.
Will I get a written report?
